August & the Fall transition.

August is almost done and I can hardly believe it! As sad as it is to say 'goodbye' to summer, it's also nice to welcome the fall! Fall is one of my most favorite times of the year. I love the smell of fall, the colors, the leave changing, cozy sweaters, relaxing in front of the fireplace, my list goes on!

LIFE - if you don't like something, change it!

I saw this on a friends facebook page and LOVED it. It's in line with my favorite poem 'Desiderata'. I have several dreams that I'm working on. Some are slower going than others I must admit. Then I have some still in the 'thinking' stage. But one that I'm working on all the time and enjoying whole heartedly is having my own business and working from home. And one of the reasons I'm working on it as much as I can (besides the obvious reason of wanting to be successful at it) is so that I can earn a trip to the Domincan Republic in June (all expenses paid) and stay HERE!

How incredibly AWESOME would that be to take my whole family here, all paid for??!! So right now that is the main dream I am working on....MY BUSINESS. But don't worry, I'm not forgoing my other dreams either. I think the world would be a better place if everyone lived their lives according the picture above.

August is a busy month with Scentsy. Right now in Fort Worth Texas there is a big Convention going on that I'm sad to be missing out on. I can't WAIT to hear and see all the reveal for the new product, scents and Fall/Winter Catalog!

August is also transition month, which means this is the month before the NEW catalog as mentioned above. What this means is that there is a list of discontinued warmers & scents that will not be making an appearance in the new catalog (available September 1st). Take a look at the poster and see your faves are on there and if so, you might want to stock up. The scents are available until August 31st and the warmers are available while supplies last. So don't miss out if anything catches your eye!

It also means that this month is a GREAT time to JOIN as you will be getting MORE in your starter kit for the same price as usual ($119 CAD / $99 US + tax).
